What Ad Lib is
The name comes from my favourite thing to do, which is ad lib over the songs I love. Good ad libbing is not random. You have to know the song inside out before you can riff on it and make it better. That is exactly how I work. I learn about your business, then I find the angles most people miss & turn them into sales.
When my marketing job offered me a second promotion in two years I did what any reasonable person would do. I quit. They believed in me that much so I believed in myself more. Was it the right call? I think so. Am I biased? Possibly.
I'm 27 years old but I've already lived several lifetimes. I've run my own business, worked in hospitality and spent years in marketing and somehow all of that combined makes me very good at what I do. Every plot twist taught me something and it turns out knowing a bit about everything makes you exceptional at marketing for small businesses. False. It makes you exceptional at it.
Do I have decades of experience? No. Am I charging you $10,000 a month like every agency on the Gold Coast? Also no.
